Disclaimer
The information provided by Hana Mäkinen and End and After (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in the Consultation Services (“appointment,” “consultation,” or “Services”) is for general informational purposes only. We are not liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of or reliance on any information provided in the Consultation Services provided by us. Your use of and your reliance on any information provided in the Consultation Services is solely at your own discretion. At no time is the information provided a substitute or replacement for veterinary care or a medical diagnosis for an illness or injury. Please consult your veterinarian about any healthcare concerns you have for your animal.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to the Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of the Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our services at any time without prior notice.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment will be made in full at the time of booking your appointment.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be provided for services rendered. Due to the downloadable and non-refundable nature of many of the products offered by End and After, refunds will not be offered. Regarding purchases for Workshops, Classes or Courses, please note that our workshops, classes and courses operate under a no-refund policy. Refunds will only be issued if you choose to cancel your workshop participation before the course start date or if the workshop itself is cancelled, in which case a full refund will be provided.
ADDITIONAL TIME POLICY
If you are late for an appointment, it is at your own expense. The appointment duration will not be extended as a result of a late arrival. If additional time is required for the appointment, you will be charged $80.00 every 15 minutes over the originally scheduled appointment time.
For any appointment that exceeds the originally scheduled time, a second invoice will be sent immediately following the appointment to account for the additional time. The invoice must be paid within 48 hours of receiving it.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once up to 72h before the appointment without penalty. Any additional rescheduling up to the 72h period before the appointment will be subject to a $50.00 Rescheduling Administration Fee. Any appointment rescheduled within the 72h period before the appointment will be subject to a $100.00 Rescheduling Administration Fee.
If the Rescheduling Administration Fee applies, you will receive an additional invoice to account for the Rescheduling Administration Fee after you have rescheduled your appointment. This invoice must be paid within 48h of receiving it. If the invoice is not paid within 48h of receiving it, the status of your appointment will be changed from rescheduled to cancelled and will be subject to our Cancellation Policy. Please read the Cancellation Policy for more details.
All rescheduling prior to 72 hours should be completed through our online system. This can be reached through the link in your Confirmation Email. Rescheduling after within the 72 hour period before your appointment will have to be completed via email. Please send your request to info@endandafter.com.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelling your appointment will result in a $50.00 Cancellation Administration Fee. If you cancel your appointment up to 72 hours before the appointment, you will be refunded the total invoice amount minus the $50.00 Cancellation Administration Fee. If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours before the appointment, you will be refunded 50% of the total invoice amount minus the $50.00 Cancellation Administration Fee.
All cancellations before the 72-hour period should be completed through our online system, which can be reached through the link in your Confirmation Email. Cancellations within 72 hours before your appointment must be completed via email. Please send your request to info@endandafter.com.
WORKSHOP, COURSE, CLASSES CONTENT PRIVACY
You may use the course and its content only for your personal use and only during the time we give you access. You agree not to download or store the course content for future use or share the links or contents of this course with anyone else. You also agree not to use the course content for commercial purposes. This is how we can continue to provide quality content for you and others who have paid for this information and experience.
TESTIMONIALS
We truly appreciate receiving testimonials from our clients regarding their experiences. Your testimonials help us and our other clients. Testimonials and pictures you send us may be used on the Website and on social media. Your testimonial will appear on the Website verbatim, except for the correction of grammar or typing errors. Some testimonials may be shortened for the sake of brevity.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to have your testimonial used on the Website or on social media by End and After. To opt-out of having your testimonial used on the Website or on social media, please send an email to info@endandafter.com with the Subject stating Opt-out Testimonial.
RELEASE OF INFORMATION
End and After offers educational materials in the form of monthly Zoom sessions, conference lectures, private lectures, publications, and many more. The knowledge and information collected in the session may be used in future educational materials. This knowledge and information are shared in the form of case studies and as examples to help teach the fundamentals of animal communication. We greatly respect the privacy of our clients and would never use our client’s names or share personal information when sharing the information and knowledge collected in the consultation.
End and after
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to have the information collected in your consultation used in future educational material by End and After. To opt out of having your information used in future educational material, please send an email to info@endandafter.com with the Subject stating Opt-out Educational Material.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Website constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control.
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
