PPP MINI-COURSE ONLINE AGREEMENT

Welcome! Thank you for choosing “Preparing for Your Pet’s Passing.” This agreement (“Agreement”) sets out our mutual expectations and the terms and conditions for your participation in this self-paced online mini-course. Please read it carefully and reach out to [your email] if you have any questions.

By purchasing and/or accessing this mini-course, you agree to the following:

1. Parties This Agreement is between Hana Mäkinen, a Sole Proprietorship operating out of Alberta, Canada (“End & After,” “we,” “our,” and “us”), and you, the course participant (“you” and “your”).

2. The Course This mini-course includes access to a 55-minute video lesson, a PDF with questions on compassionate planning for your pet’s passing, and a journaling support PDF. Course content is for your personal education and support only.

3. Access & Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll.

  • You will have access to the course materials for as long as the course exists on our platform.

4. Accessibility If you have accessibility needs or encounter barriers to accessing course content, please email info@endandafter.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate or provide materials in an accessible format.

5. No Refunds All sales for this mini-course are final. No refunds or transfers are available.

6. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

  • All videos, PDFs, and course materials are the exclusive property of End & After.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

  • Sharing, copying, distributing, or using these materials for any commercial, professional, or educational purpose outside your own learning is strictly prohibited.

  • You may not use course content to create your own programs, courses, or products.

7. Testimonials & Feedback Consent If you choose to share feedback or a testimonial about this course, you consent to End & After using your words for promotional purposes, attributed by your first name, initials, or anonymously, as you prefer. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting [your email].

8. Disclaimer & Waiver

  • This course is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide, nor is it a substitute for, professional veterinary, medical, or mental health care.

  • No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

  • By participating, you accept all risk and responsibility for how you use the information and materials.

9. Limitation of Liability End & After is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from your participation in this course. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Alberta courts.

11. General

  • Your access may be revoked for violation of these terms.

  • This Agreement may be accepted electronically or by clicking “I Agree” and is legally binding.
